These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MU165 website and platform (mu165.id and app.mu165.id, the “Platform”), operated by PT Mantap Umroh Sejahtera, an Indonesian company established in 2024 (Kemenkumham registration AHU-0049269.AH.01.01.2024, NIB 0807240079389) (“MU165”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Agent participation is subject to activation and status rules applied by MU165.
Payments for packages, savings and other services are processed through third-party payment gateways (including Midtrans and Yukk) and/or bank transfer. Your obligations to those providers are governed by their terms. Prices, quotas and package availability may change; the price applicable to a completed order is the one confirmed at transaction time.
Umrah travel services are subject to schedules, visa decisions and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, airlines, and other providers. MU165 is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by such external parties. Specific travel terms for each package apply in addition to these Terms.
Participation in the agent network, including commissions, profit sharing, royalty and rewards, follows the program rules published in the agent portal. MU165 may update program rules; material changes will be communicated to active agents. Agents are independent parties and not employees of MU165.
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, disrupting services, transmitting malware, infringing intellectual property, or using the Platform for unlawful activities or misrepresentation of MU165 services.
The Platform, including its software, design, content and the MU165 brand, is owned by MU165 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, MU165 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be sought resolved amicably; failing that, through the competent courts of Indonesia.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
