MU165 is a brand and digital platform operated by PT Mantap Umroh Sejahtera, an Indonesian company established in 2024 to digitalize how Umrah travel businesses serve pilgrims, agents and operators.
MU165 began in 2024 with a simple observation: the business of Umrah runs on relationships, but the operations behind it — packages, payments, agent commissions, savings and bookkeeping — were still handled manually and disconnected from each other.
Instead of buying off-the-shelf software, our team built and operates its own platform: one system that connects pilgrims, agents and travel operators around transparent packages, digital transactions and automated financial reporting.
The travel business remains at the heart of what we do — it is the real-world proof that our platform solves real industry needs.
